Step outside for fresh air, a change of scenery helps shift my perspective.

Family bonding & Time out or Socializing, House Chores, Watching & Reading

- Minor issues

- Cost of living

1. What does your job entail on a weekly basis?

Greatest asset in our industry is people. Both internal and external. I like to think that most of my role as General Manager of the Royal Papua Yacht Club is managing people and trying to be the best leader I can be to inspire and motivate my internal people, my team. The rest is pretty easy, finances, budgets, OPEX, CAPEX, office work etc etc !

    2. What was your first Job?

Packing Fruit n Vege at the Big Tomato. $5 a week! I was 12 years old.

    3. Whats your process of turning a bad day into a good one?

Take a minute out. Take a breath. Walk it off. Think of Funny story. Return. Reset!

    4. What is your go-to pastime?

Steak, Glass of Red and good movie.

    5. What is not a big deal to most people but is torture to you?

Too much time off. Tend to get bored and want to get back to work.
